I've been in this convoluted construction industry and profession for a long time. Working along side an array of builders, other designers and architects now just recently decided to embark on this journey for myself.

Building or renovating - is a world on it's own and can become stressful if you don't know what you're getting yourself into.

Plans & research - times have changed and will continue to do so, it's important to know how the process works and what will work best for you.
